Frequently Asked Question
We don’t require long contracts or financial pledges to get started. The only commitment we ask is a shared desire to point people to Christ through the Word of God. Some partners begin by simply referring one or two individuals. Others host events, sponsor counseling sessions, or promote us regularly. You can start small and grow as the Lord provides opportunity.
Yes, and we’d be glad to help. We can co-host a webinar for your church, ministry, or business that addresses specific counseling topics—like marriage, parenting, anxiety, or conflict. We’ll handle the teaching, visuals, and technical setup; you simply promote it to your audience and show up ready to engage. Let’s plan it together to serve your people well.
We take confidentiality seriously because trust matters in counseling. While we are not bound by HIPAA (as we are not a medical or licensed mental health provider), we follow strict ethical and biblical standards. Client details are never shared without written permission—except in rare cases of required reporting, such as threats of harm, abuse, or ongoing unrepentant sin. We’re happy to explain our process further if you have specific concerns.
Radiant Hope offers biblical counseling, not psychological or integrative therapy. All counsel is rooted in the sufficiency of Scripture (2 Timothy 3:16–17), centered on the gospel of Jesus Christ, and aimed at sanctification. We affirm historic Christian doctrine and work with like-minded churches to ensure alignment in belief and practice. If there’s ever a doctrinal question, we’re glad to talk through it.
Absolutely. Many churches and ministries don’t have trained counselors on staff—and that’s where we come in. Whether you need a trusted referral option, biblical counseling workshops for your members, or resources for spiritual care, we’ll work alongside you as a support, not a replacement. You can start small and grow the partnership over time.
